Are there long-term contracts?
No. Break/Fix and Time-Block hours have no ongoing commitment. Senior Concierge is month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days notice. Professional Services projects have a one-time project agreement with no ongoing obligation.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH bank transfer, check, and all major credit cards. Monthly service invoices are sent by email on the 1st of each month.
Do you serve clients outside Kansas?
Yes — all remote services are available nationwide. On-site support is currently Kansas and surrounding region.
What is a Time-Block Contract?
You purchase a block of IT hours in advance at a 10% discount off our standard $125/hr rate — that's $112.50/hr. Minimum purchase is 10 hours. Hours never expire and you get priority scheduling over standard break/fix clients.
